You'll be cooking on beautiful Fisher & Paykel appliances so you can get hands on with their great ovens and hobs.

We will be putting you in the safe hands of past BBC Masterchef contestant Ann Hood who heads up Ann's Smart School of Cookery and you are sure to go away feeling like you have achieved great things!

Our live cooking experience gives you the chance to cook alongside a leading edge chef and discover how you can take taste further. These hands-on sessions let you try out new recipes, pick up hints, tips and techniques and test out your skills.

Eat what you make or take home and enjoy.

Classes are for over 16 years old only and cost just £10.00. Duration one hour.

It is advisable to pre-book the class of your choice as we anticipate the classes will be fully booked before the festival weekend.

You will also need to purchase a festival entry ticket to gain access to the masterclasses.

Your Cookery Masterclass Chef - Ann Hood

Ann Hood, past BBC's Masterchef contestant started the cookery school as a hobby from her home in Danbury in 2007, being a passionate cook, then moved to the Essex premises after just 6 very successful months, and has now become the most enjoyable full time job.

Ann's crew host 5 day trips to Bordeaux, Thailand, Sicily and Tuscany each year for a real touch of international cuisine and private chef services have included cooking regularly on-board super yachts for Arabic Royalty and team building for Blue chip organisations.

With over 20k regular clients going into the 10th year, Ann is proving to be a top hit for showing how to cook some fabulous dishes for everyone to enjoy.
